CRUZ 3 bar Alu Cargo AF aluminium roof bar system to fit your Citroen Dispatch L2 (LWB) H1 (low roof) (2007 to 2016)

Really good quality, reinforced aluminium bars on low profile feet; smart looking, aerodynamic, and great value.

This is a modular system, with feet and bars supplied as two products, in two boxes; both items are ticked in the list below. Depending on van width you may only need a new set of feet when you change your van.

The locks and, as appropriate, any roller, roller supports and rear ladder are also shown below. Other accessories such as load stops, folding load stops (using the rear slot), ladder clamps and pipe tubes, are also available.

There are three slots in each bar, with rubber filler strip provided for the top and bottom slots:

• the feet fit into the bottom slot (which is not full length)
• the top slot is available for any standard 20mm T-track slot accessories, including load stops, pipe carrier fittings, eye-bolts, and of course any domestic load carrying needs such as bike carriers, kayak carriers, ski carriers, roof boxes
• the rear slot allows a range of innovative accessories to be fitted that won’t interfere with the load, including folding load stops and rear rollers

The aluminium bars are 52mm wide x 35mm deep, and are made from anodised aluminium alloy 6063–T6; the steel feet and fitting parts are Oxsilan pretreated – a modern and environmentally low-impact rust-proofing solution – before being polymer coated; the whole roof bar system exceeds the test of 1,000 hours in a saline fog chamber.

In addition, CRUZ commercial roof bars are tested to roof rack standards DIN 75302:2019 and ISO/PAS 11154:2006. They are TÜV GS safety tested, and crash tested to roof rack standards.

The bars have a maximum loading of 150kg (50kg per bar), but be guided by the vehicle loading limit if this is lower.

There is a 3 year warranty - product registration is required to extend the warranty from 2 years to 3 years.

Cruzber is Spain’s largest roof bar and roof rack manufacturer, founded in 1963, based in the Province of Córdoba in Andalusia. They sell most of their products under the CRUZ brand label, operating from over 145,000 square feet of modern premises and using state of the art manufacturing machinery. Cruzber is very highly regarded in the European market in particular, and now operates in over 30 countries worldwide.

Delivery charges and arrangements:

At the moment there are no delivery charges for Rhino roof bars and roof racks, and associated accessories, ordered from van-racks.co.uk, except for any delivery including a sea crossing, and deliveries to Skye. If your delivery falls into this category we will contact you with a quote on receipt of your order.

All Rhino Products orders need to be placed by 3:30pm for Express Delivery; the cut off time for other brands is 4pm. At the moment neither we nor Rhino Products are able to offer a reliable Next Working Day delivery service, because of pressure on the UK courier network due to the coronavirus crisis and the increase in online shopping. We therefore offer an Express Delivery service, where many orders will arrive on the next working day, but many will arrive a day later, or be split across the two days. There is unfortunately nothing that we can do to change this.

There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays, except for postable items where Royal Mail has a Saturday delivery. Express Delivery orders placed on a Friday will therefore be delivered from the Monday, and Express Delivery orders placed on a Saturday will be delivered from the Tuesday.

We are very flexible with our deliveries and will aim to deliver at an address which suits you. Rhino roof bars and roof rack orders need to be signed for; note that there's a "Special Delivery Instructions" box in the checkout area.

No retailer or courier company can ever "guarantee" a Next Working Day delivery. All courier companies occasionally have the same transport problems as can happen to everyone else, including snow blocked roads, closed roads, traffic jams, mechanical breakdown, an inability to find the delivery address, or to gain access to it if, for example, it's in a block of flats. We work with some of the best couriers in the business, and overall they provide an outstanding service.
