Maggi RAPID-MATIC V5 4x4 chains (pair) no. MG114 to fit your Renault Master L3 (LWB) H3 (high roof) (1998 to 2010) with 195/70-15 tyres Maggi's Rapid Matic V5 chains, supplied in pairs, are made from heavy duty components to cope with the substantial traction forces and load weights associated with powerful 4x4s and light commercial vehicles. The square section chain links (4.5mm) are made of core hardened, galvanised steel (15Mn3A1) which provides a market-leading mix of grip, strength and wear resistance. The vulnerable tensioning and locking components are also well up to the task. For example, the self-locking tensioning ratchet features a closed frame which is strong enough to be driven over without being crushed. This matters, because when you come to take the chains off it's surprisingly easy to drive over the tensioning ratchet. If this happens when driving on hard surfaces, e.g. ice or tarmac, a ratchet which is not up to the task will deform, trap the chain, and leave you stranded if you haven't got a hacksaw or bolt cutters... There are two parts to our snow chains offer this year: (1) Clearance prices on many top branded snow chains, including RUD and Thule - an amazing opportunity for those who are quick off the mark! Thule (who are the biggest brand in the car racks market) have sold their snow chains division; the same chains are now being sold under the König brand. Thule branded chains have the same specifications as the König branded versions - all that has changed is the name on the chain and the name on the box. (2) Multibuy discounts - significant discounts if you buy two pairs of snow chains at the same time, or one pair of chains and one pair of AutoSock: If you do either of these things, we will discount the snow chains as follows:
As usual, you change the quantities in the Shopping Basket. Many customers will, for example, use snow chains on their driving wheels for Alpine use, and use AutoSock on the non-driving wheels, especially if these are the steering wheels. Also note that AutoSock work very well in very wet snow, even on slush, where snowchains are often not suitable because they can't get any grip in the snow. So having both AutoSock and snowchains makes sense from at least two different perspectives. |
