RHINO's commercial roof bars are STRONG! Rhino's standard bars are 30 x 40mm box section, pressed from 2.5mm mild steel Zintec, phosphate pre-treated and black polyester powder-coated.

Rhino's MEGA Bars are made of 40 x 40mm box section, 2mm thick, and are zinc plated and colour passivated for optimum corrosion resistance. Available for most panel vans

Rhino also make 'Over Cab Extension' System (OCE) roof bars which are designed specifically for small vans. It provides necessary support for the safe transport and handling of long loads such as ladders and 8' x 4' sheets/boards. Popular applications include the Ford Transit Connect, Citroen Berlingo / Peugeot Partner, Vauxhall Combo and Volkswagen Caddy vans.



SAUNDERS Commercial bars are for small to medium sized vans. They are 25.4mm square bars, heavy zinc plated, designed to carry 8' x 4' boards. Most kits are available in 2 or 3 bar kits, with gutter or gutterless applications that utilise existing roof fixing points.

Saunders R9 bars are traditional gutter mounted heavy duty ladder bars, adjustable for width and height. Zinc plated, with a 11/4" square cross tube.
They usually fit only to a number of Medium / Large vans, however, Saunders have discovered that the design works well on high roofed microvans like the Daihatsu Hijet or Piaggio Porter.

Saunders Heavy and Super Heavy bars are a range of extremely strong zinc plated 40 x 1.5mm (heavy) and 40 x 2.5mm (super heavy) bars designed for medium and large vans respectively.

The Heavy bars are for gutterless vans. The Super Heavy are for gutter or gutterless applications and also feature 6" rain channel feet that together with the 'G' clamp type fixings, minimise the potential for rain channel damage. Both are designed to utilise existing roof fixing points.

THULE PROFESSIONAL's Heavy-Duty Bar is designed for high load capacity. It features a unique tri-slot design (top, rear and bottom) that ensures maximum flexibility, making it possible to fit a range of Thule accessories that can be used independently or together.

Built using highly robust aluminium to help enable a high load capacity and extra long service life. It's available in six different lengths and it's aerodynamic design means minimum wind resistance for better fuel economy.
