The plastics used were developed for Carbox by Hoechst, the German chemicals giant, and are ideal for the task required. They are oil and acid resistant, odourless, and fully recyclable. All Carbox products have a two year guarantee, but as there's nothing to go wrong, they should last forever!
Carbox also supply numerous car manufacturers including Audi, BMW, Citroen, Daewoo, Fiat, Nissan, Peugeot, Subaru, Suzuki and Volkswagen.
Rhino roof bar and roof rack systems have been developed over several years to meet the demands of today's professional tradesmen. Fitness for purpose, ease of use, build quality and value for money are the principles which guide the RHINO design team.
RHINO bars are STRONG. All metal parts are pressed from 2.5mm mild steel Zintec, phosphate pre-treated and black polyester powder coated. MEGA BARS, available for most large panel vans, are 40mm x 40mm box section, 2mm thick, zinc plated and colour passivated for optimum corrosion resistance. Other bars are of 30mm x 40mm box section. All components can be purchased individually to provide maximum flexibility when you change your vehicle.

A wide range of 2 and 3 bar roof bar systems is available for specific vehicles, using the factory supplied fixing points where possible. They are one inch (25.4mm) square, heavy zinc plated, and designed to provide a strong platform for carriage ladders, 8' x 4' sheets/boards etc.
SAUNDERS also produce a range of immensely strong 40mm x 40mm, 2.5mm thick heavy zinc plated 'superheavy' bars. The 6" rain channel feet, together with the 'G clamp' type fixings minimises the potential for rain channel damage. Available for low, medium and high roofs.
